Cancellation would be approved by the Trek-O-Nardo office on receiving cancellation request through registered E-mail ID only.

The cancellation Amount will be counted on total fees. The refundable amount will be paid in 7 to 10 working days through UPI/NEFT mode. Registration amount is non-refundable. 

If you cancel your registration before 20 days of the scheduled camp, then we will be giving 50% refund on total amount.

If you cancel your registration before 5 to 19 days of the scheduled camp, then we will be giving 25% refund on total amount.

If you cancel your registration before 0 to 4 days of the scheduled camp, then we won’t be able to give you refund.

Participant’s name is non-transferable to any other person. Reschedule will be possible only before 4 to 14 days of the scheduled camp. No reschedule is possible within 0 to 3 days before the camp date. If the Camp is cancelled by Trek-O-Nardo, full refund will be given to the participants.
