This is an Adventure Camp and not a leisure tour, so we expect a high level of discipline. Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the Instructor/Guide;

Misbehave/Arguing with the Instructors/Guide will be considered as disciplinary issues. Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco & Abusive Language are strictly prohibited and if anyone found a suspecting such cases, the participation will be terminated and no further service/return travelling/refund will be offered then after. Punctuality will be taken as a serious matter.

To confirm registration, 50% amount of the total cost will be advance. Full payment should be done before 7 days of the dated camp.

If by any chance, any harmful accident takes place, Trek-O-Nardo will not be responsible in such incidents. If the participants are not sufficient in dated camp, Trek-O-Nardo has all the authority to cancel the camp. It is mandatory for the participants to read the PDF/Brochure provided by the Trek-O-Nardo of the specific camp before the departure.

No special service will be provided to any participant, if they are willing more than the things stated in PDF/Brochure. Train Tickets will be provided within 0 to 3 days of registration. Do check the tickets, in case in any change, immediately call to the office afterwards no change will be possible. On the time of Registration, each participant have to provide their WhatsApp numbers as before 24 hours of the camp, WhatsApp group will be made.

If the Camp is cancelled by Trek-O-Nardo, full refund will be given to the participants. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Trek-O-Nardo is not responsible for any type of loss like luggage, cell phones, power banks, jewelry or any valuables.

Change of Schedule

In case of unforeseen conditions, the schedule/itinerary can be modified/cancelled. Trek-O-Nardo reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary and the final decision will be taken by the core team.
